1st missrep selfie vs ID
Hi everyone, I submitted 40 products to GMC and all were initially approved. I didn’t link Google Ads because I wanted to wait before launching campaigns.
Five days later, I received my first automated misrepresentation suspension. I clicked “Update info,” which started identity verification. It mentioned both a selfie and ID, but after completing the selfie on my phone, I was never asked to upload my ID.
Is this normal, or did I miss a step? Thanks!
note : i didnt create any ad account yet in this gmail
