Hope you’ve had a great start to the year.
I’m having an issue with my Voice AI in GHL.
During the call, the Actions During the Call are not being executed correctly
.First name, reason for the call, and last name are being skipped.
The AI jumps straight to appointment booking and hangs up immediately after the appointment is scheduled.
What could be causing this, and where would you start troubleshooting first?
