Anyone found a native way to see daily task activity for a whole team in GHL?
Hey Skool fam 👋 Curious if anyone in this group has run into this: we manage a CRM for a client with multiple setters/SDRs working the same pipeline. Every new lead kicks off 2 daily tasks (morning call / afternoon call), each one logged with a note once the setter completes it. The client's ask is simple on paper — "show me how many tasks each person on the team knocked out today" — but turns out there's no single native screen for that. Contacts → Tasks lets you filter by Assignee + Due Date + Status, which works great, just one person at a time. Agent Reporting would give a per-user breakdown too, but only if you're routing calls through GHL's native telephony (Twilio/LC Phone) — which this client isn't using, so that route's off the table. Has anyone in the Technical Implementation crowd cracked this without bolting on Sheets/Zapier/etc.? Or is "filter one setter at a time" just the accepted workaround for now? Appreciate any pointers 🙏

Filtering one setter at a time in the Tasks tab gets exhausting fast once you have more than two people on the phones. If you aren't routing calls directly through LC Phone, GHL basically treats team activity like isolated silos. We keep the actual lead status and call triggers in GHL, but handle the day-to-day task tracking in Floment AI so everyone can see what got done without digging through individual filters. Until GHL adds a proper multi-user task roll-up, keeping that daily execution view separate saves a ton of headache.
The more I use GoHighLevel, the more I realize the automations aren’t the messy part. It’s keeping track of everything around them.
My current setup is gohighlevel.com for CRM, funnels, and automations, chatgpt.com for working through ideas and troubleshooting, and floment.ai for organizing projects, tasks, and what I’m actually working on next. Keeps GHL focused on running the business instead of becoming the place I dump every random task and idea. Curious how other GHL users organize the stuff that happens outside the CRM?

@Heather Sewczak Having everything embedded right inside the sub-account makes a ton of sense, especially for keeping a VA from getting lost across multiple tabs.

@Jessie Paano Yess. As soon as you mix daily operational to-dos with CRM pipelines and automations, everything turns into clutter.
One thing I didn’t expect with GoHighLevel is how quickly a simple setup can turn into a maze 😂
You start with a pipeline, then add workflows, funnels, calendars, follow ups, and suddenly you’re trying to remember why you built something three weeks ago. I’ve been keeping gohighlevel.com for the CRM and automations, docs.google.com for documenting anything important, and floment.ai for tracking what I’m currently building or improving. Makes it much easier to separate “this exists in GHL” from “this actually needs my attention.” What’s the one part of your GHL setup that gets messy the fastest?

GHL users, I’ve got a question for you 👇
What’s ONE GoHighLevel feature or workflow that you started using and thought: “How did I not know about this sooner?” 😂 For me, it could be something as simple as automations, snapshots, workflows, pipelines, or something completely unexpected. I’m curious what everyone else is using 👀 Drop yours below — and if you can, tell us WHY you love it. Let’s build a little “GHL things everyone should know” thread 👇🔥

For me it was actually realizing what should stay out of the CRM entirely. I used to dump internal checklists and build tasks directly into client pipelines until it cluttered everything. Moving daily execution over to task tracking in Floment AI while leaving client automations in GHL made the whole setup feel ten times lighter.
A Clean Customer Relationship Management System Makes Everything Easier
One thing I have learned from working with GoHighLevel is that a well organized customer relationship management system can make a huge difference. When contacts, conversations, opportunities, tasks, and follow up processes are properly organized, it becomes much easier to manage leads and stay on top of every opportunity. You should not have to spend hours searching for information or figuring out what needs to happen next. A good GoHighLevel system should be simple, organized, and easy to manage. What is one part of your GoHighLevel system that you would like to improve?

A cluttered CRM usually happens when teams use it as a general catchall for daily tasks alongside client pipeline records. I keep GoHighLevel strictly focused on pipelines and automations, and shift all internal build tasks into Floment AI task tracking. Separating internal operational to-dos from client facing triggers keeps your system clean and stops things from slipping through the cracks.
