Good Business to Start? Trade Show Automation Service
Hey everyone,
I’m setting this up right now for my own home service business — we’ve got a big home show in about two weeks. That got me thinking: this could be an awesome productized service to offer other businesses.
The Pain Point: After every home show, businesses come home with a stack of leads… and then what? 🤯
  • Manual follow-up is a pain.
  • A lot of hot prospects go cold.
  • Most vendors don’t have a system in place.
The Solution: Offer an automation package built on GHL that makes trade show leads actually convert.
How It Works:
  • Visitors scan a QR code at the booth.
  • They land on a form → answer a few qualifying questions (homeowner? timeline? preferred communication?).
  • Once submitted, they’re dropped into an automation sequence:
Business Model:
  • Setup Fee: QR, form, landing page, automations.
  • Ongoing Monthly Fee: lead nurture, reporting, campaign tweaks.
I’m starting with my own show, but I can see this being a huge win for any business that relies on trade shows, expos, or conferences.
What do you think? Could this be a scalable niche business for GHL agencies? Anyone else tried something like this?
