Weekend is coming and games are ON, parents often ask me if i should i let my son/daughter train the day before their game, because of risk of injury, risk of tiredness etc, my advice is TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN the more hand eye ball training you can get before each game can only help, the more touches of the ball your keeper can get, the more confident he/she will be going into their match, as an ex professional keeper, i used to somtimes train the morning of a game, TRAIN - BUILD CONFIDENCE - PERFORM, for any advice please feel free to contact me directly or comment below
