Semi final defeat

One disappointed goalkeeper but one very proud parent this weekend. Ilaria was outstanding this morning a string of good saves and blocks to keep the girls in the game, only for the opposition to snatch a winner at the death just as it looked like she had earned them a penalty shootout in her semi final.

Lots of compliments and kind words from both sets of parents and coaches wasn't much consolation at the time, we did finally manage to get a photo with the player of the match trophy just took a couple of hours.
