Just started my second tub of both and wow what can I say Rise first thing in the morning I love the taste and energy it gives me not drinking coffee in the morning anymore Radiance in the evening I'm.sleeping so much better again love the taste too Starting to see and feel the difference in my skin nails hair not only that but feeling so much healthier in myself too love love love thses products ❤️

Hey @Natasha Pearson, I finally remembered last night and it was soooo tasty I’ve even remembered to do again! lol 1/2 Cup Porridge Oats 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 2 scoops Refuel (Chocolate) 1 cup Almond Milk Give it a good stir and chuck it in the fridge overnight.. High protein breakfast ready for the morning!

Been taking this for a month now nowhere near as much bloating I used to look 6 months pregnant by the end of the day lol not anymore No more indigestion either which I was on tablets for but not been taking them anymore fab product and so easy to take too 😊

I actually don’t think I could go a day without Rise now! The energy and metal clarity it gives me is insane. I was worried about it tasting horrible as every collagen I have had before tastes disgusting, this tastes like mango and passionfruit 😋 Love it!

So tried this tonight and was also delicious but if had to choose fave Rise wins hands down. Day 1 completed and looking forward to the glow up 💛
