Been taking this for a month now nowhere near as much bloating I used to look 6 months pregnant by the end of the day lol not anymore No more indigestion either which I was on tablets for but not been taking them anymore fab product and so easy to take too 😊

Well what can I say I've been taking Rise and Radiance for 2 weeks now and I'm blown away my energy levels are up big time and no afternoon slump either and I'm starting to notice the difference in my skin now too love these products
