Monthly expenses to break even question

What’s been working best for you guys lately to land your first carrier? cold outreach, Facebook groups or referrals? What about some of you who are on the fence about spending additional funds if your strapped for cash to do run paid ads?

Also, another question. After reviewing the course I’m trying to get a number of what it cost per month to actually run this business set up just to break even. There’s the $97 per month Truk Ai software, $97 for dispatch university ( optional), and the LLC formation, domain, etc..what are you guys spending per month on average?
