Grow or lose !!!

Hi team 👋

I’m a dispatcher that is not working from USA.

I’m working for a company (on their own MC) and I got 2 more offer to work with other carriers (each carrier has 2 trucks) for more percentages. (With their own MC as well) . Just to confirm — I do not have an MC authority( not sure if I can open one if I’m not living in US).

What should you guys advise me to do ?

1. Make a contract with other carriers and put a dispatcher on them to book loads under their MC (for less percentage)?

2. Leave the one that I’m already working with (for less percentages) and focus my self to other 2 carriers?

3. ? Space for you guys to complete 🙌😊

Each advice written here I would consider an effort from you and I would be thankful 🙏
