Signed up for Truk.ai today, but I can't access it
I need some tech support, not sure where to turn, paid the $97 today for Truck.ai, it sent me to a login page, which it never asked me when paying for it. None of my emails work, I have tried the reset my password button, put in my email....no email back. I have reached out to the only email I could find online for support and no response. What Am I Doing Wrong?

@Carla Mitchell Oh thank you for the tip, I have access, it was my fault, I put in our new email wrong. Been so preoccupied with setting up our website all day. I am so slow, keep having to rewind and pause the instruction videos, to accomplish it all. BUT Oh my goodness, is this Truk.ai awesome worth every penny and SO MUCH MORE!!!

@Christina Smith It is really detaied, full of screen shots, so that you can set it up right along side him.
Truk.ai WIN!
I am setting it up, I have two screens, it works well, to have the instruction video on one screen, and then the Truck.ai on the other screen. It sure does work for me. GOOD LUCK all and do not pause on buying the Funnel. Trying to earn the full scholarship level #8. Please help me, and I will help you too. Earn our points to level up. Truk.ai WIN!
πŸš› My first real dispatch lesson... and it cost me. πŸ˜…
So yesterday and today (July 2nd & 3rd, 2026), I learned a lesson I'll never forget. I've been using DAT to dispatch for my husband as my training ground while I learn the business. Well... I made a rookie mistake. I got him into Tennessee on Thursday, thinking I'd easily find a decent-paying load to get him back home before the holiday weekend. I was WRONG. I couldn't believe what I was seeing on the load board. Loads were paying as low as $1.20 per mile, and they were disappearing within minutes! Every time I refreshed, another one was gone. Now my husband is stuck in Tennessee from Thursday all the way until Monday because of the holiday. It definitely cost us, but I'd rather learn this lesson now than later when I'm dispatching multiple trucks. So let me ask you both the experienced dispatchers Newcomers like me. What would you have done in this situation? A. Take the $1.50/mile load even if it means taking a loss just to get home. B. Deadhead home if you can't find a decent-paying load. C. Stay put and wait until the holiday rush is over and rates improve. D. Something else? I'd love to hear your strategy and why. I'm genuinely here to learn, so please share your experience. What would you have done if this was your truck?

@Angel Oma Oh no that is hard to swallow, my husbands dispatcher told me that when booking loads, always be one step ahead for the return loads too, and don't book to an area that is difficult to get out of. She told me it is a great balancing act, don't be focused on the one load at a time mentallity. Sorry I don't know what to do either for you. Sucks that he didn't make it home for the holiday.
Week 1 Win!
My first week as a trainee dispatcher is officially over! My goal was to dispatch my husband (my driver) to $7,000–$10,000 this week. I didn't hit that goal, but we finished at $6,000. Honestly, for my very first week dispatching, I'm celebrating that as a win. Every load, every challenge, and even every mistake taught me something I'll use going forward. To everyone else who's new like me let's keep learning and improving together. We all have to start somewhere. πŸš›πŸ’ͺ Question for the newbies: What's one goal you've set for yourself in your first month of learning dispatching? And If you haven't started yet, what's the one thing you're most excited (or nervous) about?

@Angel Oma AWESOME, this news is so encouraging to push forward. That is great news....way to go....gettin' the groceries, as my husband says.
Gas reimbursement
I was wondering do the dispatcher pay for the carrier fuel or how does that work? I'm not sure if I missed that part or not. But I have a friend that drives for this company and I know that they do this fuel reimbursement , so I was wondering would that be part of my responsibilities?

@Kassandra Felix I personally do not pay for fuel, but I do recomend joining Mudflap fuel disount program, it saves approximately $100 to $150 for the driver per fill up. I don't pay for things that involve their operating expenses. But I try to have some things like this to help them out. They are driving so much, the last thing they have time for is searching out new programs. Trying to earn the full scholarship level #8. Please help me, and I will help you too.
