So I recently closed my first 2 clients and while I collected payment for their monthly service, I forgot to tell them that in addition to that they will incur usage based fees (emails, texts, voice AI, etc). What would be the best script to send them via text/email to explain I need to get their card info again to have on file for the usage charges? And is there a way to set this up their wallet within GHL with some sort of payment form vs using Stripe and doing it manually?
