10k on my first deal

Haven’t done much of any acquisitions. I found the buyer and connected the dots. If you’re having trouble selling a deal hit me up! My goal is to use this $ to find acquire and close the next. End goal ? Use whatever I can make from this business to buy businesses , apartments complexes and eventually a sky scraper. Why? Starting a non profit to give back isn’t cheap , my family has to be taken care of , and finally……YOLO.😎
