Graduating MSK Physio upskilling S&C knowledge
Hi all, I am a graduating MSK Physiotherapist looking to build my exercise prescription, programming and overall S&C knowledge to support my clinical practice and provide high level care to help athletes beyond just returning to the field. My personal background is soccer and athletics and I am particularly passionate about power/speed training and tendon injuries. I look forward to engaging with the community and learning lots from the various experienced coaches in their respective fields.
