My community is evolving
As a High Performance Advisor, Marketing & Tech Coach, and Entrepreneur, one thing I’ve learned is this:
You have to learn to pivot.
Today, I’m celebrating another sign-up into the R9 community — and the best part?
It was our first gentleman joining 🙌
I currently have an all-female Skool community, but this made me realise something…
Maybe it’s time to pivot and redo my WhatsApp community to support both men and women.
And here’s the biggest lesson:
I wasn’t even trying to sell.
We had a genuine conversation.I gave a few suggestions.I offered to help.
Because truthfully?
I want people to succeed.
Instead of focusing on “making the sale,” I focused on serving first — sharing a few first steps, helping with marketing and tech, and telling him about tomorrow’s training.
And today, I’m proud.
Proud of myself for showing up differently.And proud of him for choosing himself.
Sometimes growth looks like helping first.
