Not sure what to call this. (maybe this is not the right place ?)
Was talking with a guy in foreclosure SC.
He has about $100k in equity.
Wants to stay in home. He actually has a buyer $350k if we are not able to help.
He has a sister that lives with him. She owns a business and would like to help.
Do we have a lender that can help here?
my thought....
sell to sister with a DSCR for 70% of $350k ($245k) pay off the lender ?
Any thoughts ideas?
