This person reached out and is wondering if I can help with a DSCR loan. I know that could possibly be referred out...but the "foreign national" made me wonder if it is possible. She confirmed LLC is based in US and property is in OH.
Here's the initial info. Would love thoughts and what to look for things like this.
"Small balance for us is typically between $60k–$100k loan amount.
Foreign national, LLC borrower, DSCR based.
Would you consider this range?"
