🎉 Small Victory Highlight Tuesday
It seems like our lives get busier with every passing day. I don’t know if you feel that way, but I certainly do. And often, in the midst of this crazy life, we achieve small victories, but because we’re so rushed, we don’t celebrate those achievements. ➡️ I’m talking about: getting a better night’s sleep, a workout that went perfectly, a recipe that turned out AMAZING and had you licking the plate clean, fewer cravings, hitting your daily water intake goal, etc. These small victories should be celebrated and not brushed aside as if we were just doing our duty❗️❗️ My recent small victory is: eating more carrots. I don’t really like the taste of carrots, but I know the benefits. Lately, I’ve been adding grated carrots to my omelets, in baked oats, or eating them raw with hummus 🙌🙌🙌 👉Tell me, what’s your recent small victory that deserves to be remembered?
