Experiment #1 Update 4
Day 6 of getting to 100 members. We are at 30 🎉
Results:
Experiment A - emailed CEO Dashboard owners not already in the group to highlight the benefit which is access to 200 business action list inside Skool. Not a huge uptake…1 joined which is a win but 60% open rate so a few others haven’t 👀 (yet!).
Experiment B - went hunting in other Skool groups to see how others built early momentum. Joined a few new groups including one built entirely for getting your first 100 members in 30 days (shoutout to for the link 🤩).
Today’s Experiments:
I haven’t posted on social media about Skool at all, that’s today - going to see what impact this can have.
AND I’m going to run a small paid ad. Nothing big - just enough to test whether cold traffic converts to a free community. I’ll share the results here.
The new number I’m now tracking: Skool Discovery rank. Right now I’m sitting at #4075 🤭🤣. Every post, every new member, every engagement should move this. I’ll report it in each update so we can watch it shift together (hopefully in the right direction 😂).
Current stats: Members 30, Discovery Rank: 4075, Days left: 24, Still needed: 70
This is taking a little longer than I expected, I’m not going to lie. I didn’t think I’d be at 100 but the bundle as a launch was where I thought momentum would come but that’s the test/experiment right!
