Advice needed....

I provided 3PL services for a major freight forwarder for 20 years, but it was very niche and I worked with just a couple of departments. Now that I've moved into driving a cargo van, I was lucky enough to keep some business from that forwarder and the departments I worked with.

The one department I've never worked with was their Domestic Dept, which, obviously would be great for me in my new role. Since the forwarder is very large, my contacts don't overlap with the people in Domestic, so they can't really help with introductions.

I'm just looking for some advice on how to get my foot in the door - right now, that department completely ignores my emails / phone calls, including the Dept manager.

Unfortunately, it's not the type of company where I can just show up with donuts to say hi.

Any suggestions?
