Be Wary of TD Auto Finance

I would be wary about doing ANY business auto loans with this bank. I opened one with them beginning of the year as what I thought was a personal guarantee for the loan. So I was surprised to see it show up in my credit report as an open account. I did more research into it and this is what I found on their website:

"Where a personal covenant is required for credit approval, the individual owner(s) will be required to sign the conditional sale contract as co-buyer(s)."

Looks like personal guarantee is same as co-signer with TD Auto Finance. Be wary.
