Hello Everyone! I just joined here. Thank you Matt for the invite! My name is Nikkei Rosenberg, I live in Palm Coast, Fl. I am a Savvy STR Realty team member and I started in vacation rentals back in 2005, before Airbnb even existed. Growing up in St. Augustine, Fl there weren't many jobs besides hospitality, so I started when I was 17 managing a vacation rental condo resort. Later on I went on to help Vacasa scale. I have done about 500 STR deals from the real estate and management/setup sides over the last 7 years. I also invest in properties and am about to launch another on in Palm Coast. I work with ELB Consulting, a firm based in the Tampa Bay Area that specializes in cost segregation studies. If unfamiliar with what that is, it is a tax strategy that commercial and rental real estate owners or investors can use to reduce their tax liability and increase cash flow. Since 2002, ELB has helped our clients save well over $1B and have worked with a range of clients from small business owners to large corporations. Hi all! New to the group, Matt's co-founder and partner in crime for strIQ (no crimes committed :-)) Biggest things I want to get out of this group are connecting with likeminded investors as I scale my portfolio.
