Hi all! New to the group, Matt's co-founder and partner in crime for strIQ (no crimes committed :-))
Biggest things I want to get out of this group are connecting with likeminded investors as I scale my portfolio. Since starting strIQ, we have been able to scale our portfolio to 10 listings through a combo of cohosting, creative investing and joint ventures.
I LOVE the operations side of management and airBNB, and hope we can make some deals happen together here!
