Hello Everyone! I just joined here. Thank you Matt for the invite! My name is Nikkei Rosenberg, I live in Palm Coast, Fl. I am a Savvy STR Realty team member and I started in vacation rentals back in 2005, before Airbnb even existed. Growing up in St. Augustine, Fl there weren't many jobs besides hospitality, so I started when I was 17 managing a vacation rental condo resort. Later on I went on to help Vacasa scale. I have done about 500 STR deals from the real estate and management/setup sides over the last 7 years. I also invest in properties and am about to launch another on in Palm Coast.
