Feeling great
I slept most of the day and night yesterday as iv been battling a cold. It wouldn't come out properly probably because my body is being nourished with whst it needs and today I feel great. Iv not done all my steps (well yesterday) or any strength training but iv done yoga and swimming and that's fine with me. Il try and do a workout after my interview this afternoon.
I had two slices of pizza and a few chips last night as I was exhausted and my tummy was playing up(years of abuse) and I'm OK with that too.
this morning I woke up strong, my vanilla pea protein has arrived as iv fished the last one so I'm excited to try that plus I found some snacks that might be good for people on the go. Iv double triple checked them..
Iv got 4 days to go of the 30 day challenge and once iv got myself sorted I will start the gut optimisation. I really need it. Probably start Monday 6th as I'm going out fir a meal with my mum and friends and I want to start strong to get the best results. Sorry for the long email but I wanted to share !!
