Hi All. So this is my Day 25 update. The reason im doing a Day 25 post is because this weekend im heading away on an annual lads Horse Racing Trip to Chester Racecourse. So let's just say Calories watching, steps and water might be a little bit down the pecking order 🤣🤣🤣
Here are some facts before I started this program... or lifestyle change as I like to call it...
Then:
Weight: 15 st 11 3/4 pound
Energy Levels: Shite
Excercise: Sporadic and no structure
Diet: Processed Foods, Beer and Choc Biscuits
I went on holidays in July and felt massive. Big belly. Self conscious. Drinking every day and not enjoying it. No energy for kids or wife... just felt so down.
Now:
Weight: 15 st 4 pound
Energy Levels: Thru the roof
Exercise: Gym (weights) 5 times a week. Minimum of 10K steps a day
Diet: Whipe Foods. Very little bread and Meat. Healthy Snacks
I feel so much better. Started going for bike rides with my youngest daughter. Walking to shops instead of driving. Playing better golf. More energy for my wife 😉😉.
Im saying I was perfect all the time but Mark is correct, Progress over Perfection
I didnt take photos before I start as I probably didnt think I would stick to it. But I pulled out some photos from this year and put the same clothes on this morning... the first 2 are before pictures...
