Day 18 Done
Things are starting roll now. Up, run, breakfast, work, gym, tea, food prep and now sleep.
One of the guys said he hadn’t seen me each so much as I have over the past days.
Even the gym feels better, did a back workout yesterday. Previously I would down a strong coffee or pre workout as I felt I needed these to go heavy. Smashed through yesterday increasing the weight well over my previous.
