My home made protein bar:
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 scoop plant protein
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix ingredients together into a bar. Refrigerate until firm…makes one bar.
I doubled the mix so that I had a couple of snacks ready to go.
UPDATE: found that the bar started to crumble quickly once out of fridge… have amended recipe…add approx. tablespoon of 100% organic coconut oil and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir mix for a couple of minutes so it mixes well…
I used an ice tray to make”kit kat” type fingers….this I now rate:5/5..
