So 7 days have passed and the water intake seems easier, foods on track (although no where near some of the pics that's been shared), steps are there or thereabouts and workouts good.
My only issue remains toilet visits each night 😬 at least 3 per night for the 7 days straight, which is impacting all the benefits. I am stopping water intake late afternoon but has had no impact.
Any suggestions? My bladder has always been weak and i would normally expect 1 nightly trip, but 3-4 is taking things too far.
