After finishing the 30 days I still do the same.
I continued with the meals, the preps, keeping out the ‘bad’ things. Not so hard as I did in the first 30 days.
I had a sandwich on the sunday morning. Last week I had a dinner with friends with pizza. 🍕
But over the whole week I did the same as I did during the 30 days.
This is the new me I think. 🤔
I don’t want to go back and fall into old habits. You can have fun, you can have a pizza, but be carefull over the week.
The scale is still dropping. Not as hard as it did the first 30 days, but although the sandwich and the pizza it drops another 0,5 kg.
The rest of the family is getting more and more used to the different meals. So it helps them too.
Once a year I have a bloodtest. 💉 🩸
The results showed improvements in all areas!!! 🥳
So no questions for me; this is how I will go on! 💪🏻
