Hi everyone — great to be here 👋
I’m Jáchym, a senior Operations & Customer Operations leader currently based in Cambridge, UK. I work with ecommerce and startup teams to bring structure to fast growth, streamline operations, and improve execution across teams.
My background includes roles at Gymshark and Vilgain, where I focused on scaling customer operations, improving workflows, and building operational foundations. Most recently, I helped reduce a customer operations backlog from 50 days to 2 business days within a month by implementing clearer processes and accountability.
I’m particularly interested in fractional and advisory opportunities where I can help growing companies reduce operational chaos and scale more effectively.
