So often on the journey of personal/ spiritual development people get stuck in the shadows, in the areas that require growth and being honest, it can start to feel quite heavy.
For me, the purpose of healing is to RETURN TO WHOLENESS - which includes feeling joy, pride, presence, calmness. A beautiful practice my husband and I do every night is to share 3 things we are proud of.
THEN WE FEEL IT.
Because feeling is where the healing is. Feeling is the point. Healing isn't about 'feeling better' it's about getting better at feeling.
So my invitation to you is - what are you proud of today?
Can you allow yourself to recognise how far you've come, how well you're doing and that you are enough in this moment now.
(side note - if you struggle to experience feeling proud, you're likely receiving the next signpost on where to go in your healing journey. for lots of people pride isn't something we experienced as a child and so can be uncomfortable or foreign to experience. If this is the case, offer that part of yourself compassion, recognise that you're doing the best with what you have in this moment )
