Somebody’s watching me, it’s my anxietyyy!
It’s been almost a year since I’ve stepped into this world of being extremely anxious. From shivering hands to loss of breathe and uncontrollable tears to thinking “it’s just a phase”, the hardship is real, so is the learning. This is my first post and I thought, I’ll share what I do when I badly want to see the light.
  1. Look myself at the mirror every morning, where I have drawn a crown that sits exactly in the top of my head when I see the mirror. And I assume like I’m already where I want to be! Instantly makes me feel better
  2. Count backwards from a random number
  3. Name 5 things I can see. 4 things I can hear. 3 things u can smell. 2 things I can touch. And say THANK YOU repeatedly.
  4. Grab some colour pens or crayons and start colouring something.
Am u completely healed? No. But am I moving away from the dark? Absolutely. If this has helped you, thank you because you just helped me heal faster ❤️ happy healing ❤️
