I’m expanding my knowledge on supplements related to longevity. I currently use collagen powder, creatine + taurine, greens, multivitamins, Vit D, probiotics. I do try to find scientific evidence to support the claims of each supplement. Recently I’m reconsidering my creatine supplements after watching this: https://youtu.be/V543RNgjeEI?si=kC6hHBGT7XIS79xg. Given positive effects on recovery from acute exercise, might consider taking it when I walk the Camino from Porto to Santiago.
Would love others experience on these additional supplements:
*As someone who has written scientific literature, the videos in the links are truly well done even pointing out how data might be “enhanced” (checkout the red light therapy video - summary is it works - whew!) by simple changes in the range on the axis - I know as a reviewer for medical journals I have seen this.
