We are officially kicking off our Manifestation Challenge today and I've made it so f'in easy to follow and succeed, even a teenager with no attention span could do it.
All you need is 5-10 minutes a day! That's it.

- WhatsApp group for all participants to connect and view the daily video and hold each other accountable.
- PDF you can download and print containing the month of manifestation at a glance as well as a daily checklist to keep track of your daily accomplishments. For example - Day 1 - the Power of Breath, Day 2 - Releasing Tension, Day 3 - Grounding. I give you the step by step practice for each one of these. You don't need to do much except read it or watch it and then DO IT!
