Is this all it takes?
There is so much information out there on all the things we can do to live longer healthier lives. Sometimes I wonder if it's just as simple as:
  • 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night
  • Lifting weights 4-5x/week
  • 5-10k steps per day
  • Eating 90% Clean with .7 - 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight
  • Hydrate with salt/electrolytes
  • Know your data so you can supplement where necessary
