Is this all it takes?
There is so much information out there on all the things we can do to live longer healthier lives. Sometimes I wonder if it's just as simple as:
7 - 8 hours of sleep a night
Lifting weights 4-5x/week
5-10k steps per day
Eating 90% Clean with .7 - 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight
Hydrate with salt/electrolytes
Know your data so you can supplement where necessary
