Healthy Holiday Gifts
Curious what you all got for the holidays that ties back to your healthy lifestyle. Share in the comments below. Here's what we got:
- Red Light Panel for our bedroom and office so we can turn off the lights at night and use the red lights instead - supports your eyes and gets you ready for a good night sleep.
- EMF blankets - we got these for the kids b/c they lay in bed with laptops on their legs. They can now put them on these blankets and block out the bad EMFs
- EMF Stickers for our phones - everyone in the family got these.
- NADS - natural cotton underwear and shorts for men.
- Infrared Sauna (Clearlight) with a red light panel - my favorite gift of all time. We've been in it every day since we got it. The kids are even using it.
Sebastian (our 17 yr old) asked for: a kettlebell, a lunastone (gua sha stone), Alitura cologne (all natural, organic ingredients), Mini Theragun.
