Asking for Help
As a practitioner and life coach, I have noticed how difficult it is for people to commit to themselves. To invest in their own self-development and wellbeing.
We will easily buy supplements, courses, and self-help books-spending so much on trying to 'fix' what we think is misaligned within us instead of simply asking for help. We convince ourselves that spending these small sums of money is better than spending 3 months getting the guidance and learning the tools, but the loop continues until we decide to take the leap.
99% of people have ideas that could change their world, but only 1% actually execute them, why do you think that is? Because we convince ourselves that we will fail before we even give ourselves the opportunity to try. It's the idea of 'playing it safe'.
Imagine you could have everything you ever wanted. Imagine it all worked out. What's stopping you from believing in yourself? That's where asking for help becomes the super power. You are not meant to do it all alone. This community is a great example of how support and unity create success.
Let this be the space where you share where you are, and ask for help if you feel lost, stuck, alone, or demotivated.
I can comfortably say that I have been there, and I have devoted my time to supporting others through the same.
Feel free to comment below or DM me with what you're experiencing. Let me help you carry it, so it doesn't have to feel so heavy anymore x
Sending love always
