Do you see yourself as an artist?
With my passions: Video, Spoken-Word/Writing ... I've always wanted to create a theater show. And I did lol . . . In 2004 I completed and performed my first theater play → 4 Bellies (an exploration, a battle of the mind and soul through spoken-word and dance). Maybe I'll share someday 😄 But...I want to hear from YOU. What’s something you’ve always wanted to mix into your dance that people might not know about you?

“What if foundation isn’t moves, but understanding?”
Most people think foundation is: - Top rock - 6-step - 3-step - CCs - Baby freeze - Back rock . . . etc. But that’s not foundation. Those are examples of foundation. Foundation is the principles behind the moves. If someone only knows the moves, they can only copy. If someone understands the principles, they can create. These foundational movements lead to more difficult movement…(Pencil/Drill = Continuous Head-spins). 🧠 Share your insights 🙏🏼

Thoughts about biting...
Recently, for me there's been a person specifically calling out a person in my scene a biter. I understand biting is something that is common throughout each era and each place, my motive here is that I want to know if the person who bites doesn't specifically use the technique or moves that they unintentionally bit in a competition but more so to flip the move (because it's possible the person was trying to bite themselves doing the moves whilst watching themselves in a video, but was inspired unconsciously by someone) would it still be a bite? If it was only seen during the practice time and never shown the light of day?
Momentum . . .
Sometimes we begin strong or start slow. Either way you start . . . at least you started and are here now. Whether its 1 year or 20 years later. ⁉️ When you started, What was the hardest challenge you were faced with ⁉️ For me... It was dancing in front of others. Entering cyphers...I had to have a hat on, low... My eyes would only look to the ground. Breakin' gave me the confidence to be around other people, to be able to talk to others. Growing up ... I was a shy kid even though I danced in front of 100's when I would impersonate Michael Jackson 😅. And You?
