Happy Monday lovelies!💘 I just wanted to pop on here and share some very exciting news! It looks like my "3 month anti-inflammatory reset" that I have been working on will be going live sometime this week! This program is incredible and I cannot wait for you to get your hands on it! I will let everyone know as soon as it goes live. Hey loves 🌿 I want to be transparent with you about something because you deserve to know what is happening behind the scenes. I am currently putting every single ounce of my time and energy into building the Roadmap to Radiance course, and it is going to be something really special. The depth of it, the structure of it, the way it is being built specifically for an endo body, I am genuinely so proud of what it is becoming and I cannot wait for you to have it in your hands. What that means practically is that my weekly videos are going to look a little different for a little while. I will still be showing up every week with an education guide (the deep dives, the science, the practical tools) because that is non-negotiable for me. You signed up for consistent value and you will always get it, but the videos will follow once the course is complete and I can give them the attention they deserve. Hey loves! Full transparency: I woke up this morning with a menstrual migraine and a full blown cold and my body has made it very clear that today is not a filming day. I am practising exactly what I preach and I am resting, but I refused to leave you without your Week 4 education so I have put everything into this week's guide instead.
