My Story & My Mission:
For nearly a decade I was dismissed, medicated and told that my only options were the pill, medical menopause or a hysterectomy. In 2024 I finally got my diagnosis through surgery and for eight beautiful, pain free months I felt like myself again, until the pain came back worse than ever and I had to leave my dream job because of it. That was my breaking point. I decided this disease had taken enough from me, so I went all in researching and advocating for myself until I found another way out. A anti-inflammatory way of living changed everything. For the first time in just under a decade, I have less painful periods, no bloating, real energy and my spark back. The information that saved me was never once mentioned by a doctor. I had to find it alone, broken and desperate. You shouldn't have to do that. Glow with Endo is the community I never had, a gentle, guided roadmap to a pain free, symptom free body built on the lifestyle that gave me my life back. I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you are in this space. Every single one of you made a decision to stop just surviving your endo and start doing something about it and that takes courage. I see you and I am so honoured you are here. This week is your settling in week. Have a gentle look around, explore the resource bank in the classroom, read through the pillars, download anything that feels relevant to where you are right now. There is no rush and no pressure. Just get comfortable and know that this space is yours.Our very first Monday education post goes live this Monday!!! We are starting exactly where every single thing inside this community is built on β€” understanding inflammation. What it actually is, why endometriosis is rooted in it, and why addressing it changes everything. Once this clicks into place everything else we do together will make so much more sense. Before Monday I want you to do one small thing β€” details belowπŸ‘‡ The Pre-Monday Challenge Before our very first education post on Monday I want you to spend the next few days just noticing, no changes, no cutting anything out, no starting anything new. Just for the next five days write down, even in your notes app, what you ate, how much you slept, how stressed you felt, and where you felt inflammation most in your body. Pain, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, name it and note it.That is it. Here is the thing, you cannot change what you cannot see, and the awareness you build this week becomes the foundation that everything we do together is built on. Bring your notes to Monday's post. I promise it will all start making sense! I am so proud of you for being here!!
