When Deals Start Finding You
Every week on these calls the focus is on going out and getting the lead. Call the agent, send the email, follow up until you get a real answer. That is the work, and it is what fills a pipeline.
Some of April's best connections came the other direction though. They found her.
Her words: your social media is your resume. Somebody looks her up and within seconds they know she is in real estate and that she is real. Wholesalers sitting on a deal send it over. Lenders have emailed her out of nowhere asking to fund her projects. None of that came out of a marketing budget.
Next Wednesday she is going deep on how that actually works, and she is bringing in the person who built it with her.
Jamey Marcos is joining the call. Jamey and his wife have created content and branding for commercial brands you already use, and they run social media for a handful of real estate investors, April included. He is a big part of why her presence looks the way it does today, and he is walking through what to post, how often to post it, and how to start when you have no deals of your own to show yet.
April is on for the whole thing, so bring questions for both of them.
If you have ever thought about posting something about real estate and then talked yourself out of it, this is the one to be on.
Tell us in the comments what actually stops you. No deals to show yet, no idea what to say, or you would rather people you know did not see it. Whichever one it is, say it, and it can get answered live.
