Going hard!
Finally got a chance to speak with an agent today and she was very forthcoming about the property and seller’s motivation.
I’ve been also contacting off market properties and committed to making contact with at least 5 people/day by calling and/ or texting.
I’ve wasted way too much time and I’m finally making it happen!
