First Deal

Good Afternoon yall,

I started getting my feet wet with flipping vacant infill lots since June of this year. I haven't got my first deal yet. I have gotten contracts, but not across the goal line. I am definitely open to JV with someone if they have a builder in mind.

I am open to the idea with anything else especially flipping homes on market as I recently came from 4.5 years of phone sales. I can be a chatter box. Let's make some money folks.
