Member of the Week: Dana Emakoji
This week's Member of the Week is @Dana Emakoji. She has spent this stretch out working her territory in person, not just online, checking on properties, her own rental, and her realtors, then going right back out a few days later to line up buyers for what she has moving. She leveled up to Level 5 this week, and she is doing it the hard way, boots on the ground. That is what it looks like when somebody treats this like a real business instead of a hobby. Keep bringing the calls and keep bringing the results. That is how you earn this next.

Member of the Week: Steve Hennigan
@Steve Hennigan is #1 on this week's leaderboard, and the work behind it backs it up. He is working houses in Louisiana, got five offers out this week on the way to ten, and when a seller came back low or said flat out they do not work with wholesalers, he kept calling instead of stopping. He is also the one who started this week's win of the week thread, which pulled other members out to share their own progress instead of staying quiet. Everybody else, that is the standard. Offers out, not just conversations. Count them, push past the no, and tell the room what is happening.

I have a lot to go thru on Zillow. Going to try to use a creative finance subject to or loan assumption assignment to try to help people out of a grind. I'm hoping Chris can teach me how to find serious buyers in the area of the places I'm going after, and teach me how to put together all the info and pics they need to make decisions easy for the buyers to see and bid on. I'm hoping that I get a better understanding of the contracts and how to send them to the agents.Plan on doing this all weekend with the contracts. Talking with Chris on Wed, at 6pm...... Please let me know what you think.
