Did my stretching this morning and have done my warm up and circuit. It feels good. I will do the modified version until I get stronger.
I decided to start today because I can do this even when i’m not strong. I plan on doing this three days a week. Monday Wednesday and Friday with walking and some cardio on other days. I also have a sitter on those days and can concentrate on my form with no interruptions.
