I have day 5 tomorrow and day 6 and 7 on Friday and Saturday. Since the 7 day jumpstart starts every Monday. I am switching to daily now. This way I will be even with anyone else doing the program.
Have y’all started this yet? What have you noticed since starting? I enjoy the prompts and I research the movements to modify if needed. I also have started to add a few things of my own during the day.
We can do this. Tomorrow is the big day for intensity so I’m off to bed to rest up for my big push tomorrow!
