Working on new summer Routine
Hey guys, Ill be updating the classroom with my new summer shred routine very soon. A good mix of bodyweight and DB work, these workouts can be done indoors or outside. I will also include a meal plan and calorie guidelines.
I was curious to know if you would like for this to be a challenge for the months of July and August? We will do group calls and weekly check ins. Let me know what you think
