Diet
3 meals
- eggs and toast plus fruit or protein oats
- 1lb of meat and rice or potatoes
- chocolate
Total: 2000-2100 calories 160 -180g of protein

Excited to crush this week!!! Currently 166 lbs, Goal is to drop to 165 by Friday, look sharper and get at-least 1 personal record.
