Hey all! I’ve been sober curious for several years now. Read the quit lit and all the things, just really have a hard time pulling the trigger. I am working with my therapist on this aspect of my life and needed to realize the importance of being honest with myself and try to avoid the all or nothing trap. Hanxiety is also so awful and it really messes with me which is helping me cut back. I am at a point where I am reading so much about how bad alcohol is for you and I’m a fitness fanatic which is such a contradiction. I’m looking forward to this community and the support from you all.
